Tomorrow is the big day when we are supposed to find out the appraisal on our house. I am so excited about it today. I don't know why but I've got myself convinced that it's all going to be okay this time around, guess I just woke up on the right side of the bed this morning.
I did hear from the bank yesterday and they have us penciled-in to close on Tuesday afternoon, although of course all of this hinges on an appropriate appraisal. And, they have promised that if the paperwork comes in even a moment early, we can close sooner. So in preparation I will thoroughly scrub the new apartment, so that the moment we sign on the bottom line we can get to living in the new place :)
