Hi everyone!
The house finally appraised. Unreal. It came in almost $17,000 ABOVE our contracted price, giving us instant equity! What a day. This appraisal seems so much more accurate, this is the kind of price the house should have appraised for initially. Hard to imagine this price is $36,000 above what the first appraiser came in at.
So now everything goes back through the bank on Monday, and we are set to close on Tuesday. I'm going to have our apartment packed and Zahzu in the car when we go to closing. No joke, I'm done with apartments!!! I just want to be in the new house, ready to celebrate the holiday season.
